I’m Brian Poetschlag — and I didn’t just wake up one day and decide to get into lending.

I spent years as a Vice President of Lending in Orange County, CA, managing a team of loan officers responsible for closing hundreds of loans and hundreds of millions of dollars in business. I saw it all — the delays, the excuses, the endless red tape. Everything was a challenge — and that’s the last place it should be challenging. A bank’s job is to help people, but somewhere along the way, they forgot that part.

So, I walked away from a comfortable salary and the security of a high-level position to go out on my own. Not because it was easy — but because I knew there was a better way to do this. I created Fast Lane Funding to cut through the noise, move fast, and actually help people — not just collect fees and make excuses.

Now, I work with homebuyers and real estate investors who are serious about getting things done. I specialize in fast approvals, creative solutions, and straight answers — no fluff, no wasted time. If you want someone who knows how to navigate complex deals and keep the process moving, you’ve found the right guy.
