I’m Brian Poetschlag — and I’ve been in the lending game long enough to know exactly what works (and what doesn’t).

I spent years as a Vice President of Lending in Orange County, CA, leading a team of loan officers and closing hundreds of millions of dollars in deals. I saw it all — the delays, the excuses, the endless red tape. Getting a loan shouldn’t be that hard — but somewhere along the way, banks forgot that part.

That’s part of why I created Fast Lane Funding and even designed the logo to be reflective of a home and a speedometer — to help you skip the slow lane and get the deal done, fast.

So, I walked away from the cushy salary and corporate security at the biggest bank in the world to create Fast Lane Funding — a smarter, faster way to get deals done. Now, I help homebuyers and real estate investors secure financing quickly and strategically — without the runaround.
